What do I do if my device screen breaks while being protected by GuardPlus Promise?
*Please note that if you did not register your product at www.gadgetguard.com within the registration period defined on your packaging, you will not be able to file a claim.
- Do not remove your Guard from your device.
- Login to your account at www.GadgetGuard.com and click on "View Registered Products".

- On the right side of the registered Black Ice+ product, for which you wish to file a claim, you will see a blue "File a Claim" button.

- Click on the "File a Claim" button.
- You will then receive instructions to proceed based on your individual registered product.

Are there restrictions on where I can get my screen repaired?
- No. You can have your screen repaired at the location of your choice. You can also choose to have your device repaired at one of our partner locations, those locations can be found here https://www.gadgetguard.com/repair-locations.
Where do I email my receipt when my repair is complete?
- Please follow the instructions listed in the e-mail received when you started your claim. If the e-mail is not available, please reach out to Customer Support at support@gadgetguard.com, with your claim number and receipt attached.
How many claims can I make?
- You can make one Limited Phone Screen Claim with each GuardPlus Promise product purchased.
- Once you have used the one claim included with your GuardPlus Promise product a new guard must be purchased and registered with the new PIN in order to have the Guardplus Promise again.
What do I do if my Guard breaks but my device screen is undamaged?
